About Sabrina
Sabrina has experience working in multiple area of nutrition including eating disorder care, sports nutrition and pediatrics. Some of her favorite patients to work with include endurance athletes, children with picky or selective eating and individuals wanting to improve their relationship with food.

Sabrina is passionate about helping others make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. She believes that knowledge is power and wants everyone she works with to understand the "whys" behind nutrition. Sabrina loves helping people fuel their workouts better, improve their relationships with food and become the best and healthiest versions of themselves.
Your first session with Sabrina
Sabrina will take time to learn about your background and history and explore your goals. You will talk about important medical background as it pertains to nutrition, what your nutrition and diet looks like, as well as lifestyle pieces such as exercise and sleep. You will discuss steps to move forward towards your goals at each session.

Hobbies
Sabrina enjoys training for triathlons which includes swimming, biking, and running. Her favorite distance is the half Ironman distance - a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run! She also enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs and running with them.
