About Sadie
Hi, I’m Sadie! I’m a Registered Dietitian who also lives with Type 1 diabetes, so I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance blood sugar, nutrition, and everyday life. This personal experience shapes the way I work with my clients—I provide guidance that is practical, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Approach to care
I specialize in helping people navigate nutrition for chronic conditions, energy optimization, and overall wellness. My approach is collaborative and compassionate: together, we’ll explore what’s working for you, identify manageable changes, and create a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. I focus on helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered with every choice you make.
Your first session with Sadie
Your first 1:1 session with me is the starting point of our work together. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and current nutrition habits to create a clear picture of your needs. From there, I’ll provide a personalized assessment, help you set realistic goals, and share practical strategies you can begin implementing right away. When you work with me, you can expect a supportive and understanding environment where your experiences and challenges are heard and validated. My goal is to help you build habits that stick, feel good in your body, and make nutrition simple, flexible, and enjoyable.
