Hi, I'm Sahar. I'm a Los Angeles based registered dietitian with six years of experience spanning hospital clinical care, private practice, and sports nutrition. I hold an MS in FCS Nutrition and Dietetics, and I bring that education into practical, compassionate guidance as an RD. When I'm not with clients, I'm a mom of three, and you’ll often find me at the farmers market, on a nature walk, or meal prepping with new healthy recipes. Our first appointment is all about you and your life. Think of it as a conversation, not a test. We'll review your medical history, medications and supplements, and any lab work or biometrics you have. Together we'll set short-term goals and dive into your relationship with food, stress, sleep, cravings, energy, digestion, and your daily schedule. I’ll help you understand what your symptoms are telling us so we can see root causes, not just surface habits. By the end, we’ll have a practical meal plan and a clear next step that fits your routine.
