About Sallie
I'm a registered dietitian with a master's degree in dietetics who helps people build realistic nutrition habits that actually fit into their lives. I don't believe in extreme rules, "perfect" eating, or cutting out foods you enjoy. My goal is to help you feel more confident around food, fuel your body well, and make nutrition feel simpler and not more stressful. I work with clients who are tired of dieting, confused by conflicting nutrition advice online, or just what guidance that makes sense in real life. I focus on education, balance, and consistency over perfection, because sustainable habits matter more than short-term fixes.

My approach is collaborative, evidenced-based, and individualized. That means no one-size-fits-all plans and no food fear tactics. We'll focus on building balanced meals, navigating real-world challenges like busy schedules, eating out, and social situations and creating habits that feel doable long-term. I meet you where you are and adjust recommendations based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I'll support you throughout your nutrition journey while focusing on realistic habits that fit into your life.
Your first session with Sallie
Your first session is all about understanding you. We'll talk through your health history, goals, and current eating habits, what's felt frustrating or confusing about nutrition in the past and what's realistic for your schedule, budget, and lifestyle. From there, we'll identify a few clear, manageable goals to focus on. You'll leave the session with clarity, practical guidance, and a plan that actually feels doable. This is a judgement-free space. You don't need to be "good at eating" or have it all together to get started.
