About Samantha
Hi, I’m Samantha! I’m a dietitian in the DMV area with a lifelong love for food and the way it brings people together. As I grew up, I discovered how powerful the connection between nutrition and health can be, and I knew I wanted a career that helps others feel good about food while supporting their health. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me running, baking, or exploring new places to try new foods!

In your first session I want to learn about you! I like to get an idea of your health history, experience with food and exercise and additionally what your day to day looks like today regarding your health and nutrition habits. We will then work together to identify areas to focus on to help reach your health goals.
