About Samantha
Hi, I’m Samantha! I'm a Registered Dietitian with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and an MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. My experience spans from working with elite athletes with fueling their passion, to providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to support a range of health conditions and optimize overall well-being.

My philosophy is rooted in balance, sustainability, and personalization. I believe nutrition should be realistic and not restrictive. Together, we’ll focus on building small, consistent habits that make a lasting difference. I take an evidence-based and compassionate approach, blending my background in exercise physiology with a whole-person perspective. My goal is to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed, and to guide you toward a healthy relationship with food that supports your lifestyle, conditions, and goals.

During your first session, we’ll start with a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about your goals, routines, and relationship with food. I’ll take time to understand your medical history, activity level, and any challenges or patterns you’ve noticed. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels achievable and aligned with your life. You’ll leave the session with clear direction, realistic goals, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent and confident in your journey.
