About Samantha
Hi, I’m Samantha. With six years as a Registered Dietitian and a BS in Nutritional Sciences with a Psychology minor, I’ve had the privilege to work in clinical settings, corporate wellness, sports nutrition, and community health. I’m deeply curious about how food, health, and motivation fit together, and I bring science to life in practical ways you can use every day. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking, breaking a sweat at the gym, listening to music, or lost in a good book. My CDCES certification guides my approach to everyday wellness and education with care.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition is both science and story. My approach is evidence-based, educational, and empathetic, designed to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels doable. We’ll translate current research into clear, actionable steps and practical habits that fit your life. I practice with a health at every size lens, focusing on behaviors and well being rather than a number on the scale. The goal is sustainable changes that honor your whole self and your values.
Your first session with Samantha
Our first session is all about you. We'll discuss your medical history, current routines, goals, and any labs or biometrics you've had done. You don't need to come with perfect answers or a polished plan; this is a low-pressure conversation where we'll uncover what matters most and how nutrition fits into your life. Together, we'll identify one or two realistic goals to start with and outline a practical path forward. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and encouraging.
