Iâm Sam, a Registered Dietitian with a Masterâs in Nutrition whoâs passionate about making food feel simple, enjoyable, and realistic. I specialize in blood sugar management, PCOS, fat loss, and helping people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. Iâve spent the last several years working remotely with clients all over the U.S., blending evidence-based nutrition with motivational interviewing to help people create habits that actually fit their lives. Thereâs no pressure to be âperfectâ or have everything figured out. This is simply a conversation where we build a foundation for your personalized nutrition plan. Weâll discuss what you want to work on. Your goals guide everything we do moving forward. Youâll walk me through what a typical day looks like for you to help me understand whatâs working well and where small, impactful changes can be made. Weâll talk through anything that feels confusing or overwhelming because the âwhyâ behind habits is just as important as the habits themselves. Together, weâll uncover whatâs been holding you back so we can work around it, not against it. By the end of the session, youâll leave with a clear, personalized steps you can start right away!
