I’m Sam, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition who’s passionate about making food feel simple, enjoyable, and realistic. I specialize in blood sugar management, PCOS, fat loss, and helping people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. I’ve spent the last several years working remotely with clients all over the U.S., blending evidence-based nutrition with motivational interviewing to help people create habits that actually fit their lives. My approach is flexible, supportive, and rooted in the belief that health should enhance your life, not make it feel smaller. At the heart of my work, I love helping people feel confident, informed, and empowered to take charge of their health without food rules or guilt.

Your first session with Samantha

Your first session is designed to help us get a full picture of you; your goals, routines, health history, and the relationship you have with food. There’s no pressure to be “perfect” or have everything figured out. This is simply a conversation where we build a foundation for your personalized nutrition plan. We’ll discuss what you want to work on. Your goals guide everything we do moving forward. You’ll walk me through what a typical day looks like for you to help me understand what’s working well and where small, impactful changes can be made. We’ll talk through anything that feels confusing or overwhelming because the “why” behind habits is just as important as the habits themselves. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back so we can work around it, not against it. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear, personalized steps you can start right away!
