βI had an excellent Zoom call with my dietitian, Samantha! She was incredibly insightful and allowed me to openly discuss my concerns without feeling rushed or dismissed. I truly felt heard and supported throughout our conversation. Samantha's depth of knowledge and thoughtful guidance have given me the clarity and confidence I needed to get on the right path toward a healthier me. I appreciate her genuine care and ability to make the process feel manageable and encouraging, highly recommend!!!β

About Samantha
Fun and passionate dietitian who loves to help people find their passion for nutrition, health and wellness. Samantha changed her major in college from pharmacy to dietetics after losing over 100 lbs. Samantha states that since growing up as an athlete while struggling with an eating disorder, food used to scare her but now it empowers her. Samantha believes that every thing can fit in a healthy lifestyle. Her favorite foods include a hot dog at a sporting event or concert, Taco Bell or pizza after a night out, or any of her homemade baked goods.
Approach to care
I believe in intuitive eating- Your body will tell you what it needs. If you have a craving, there is a reason why. Let's learn that everything can fit into any lifestyle in moderation. No body is meant to be the same, no diet is meant to be the same. Let's figure out what that means for you.
Your first session with Samantha
Somethings that you can expect: Us getting to know each, past history that is important for me to know (ex: food history, any prior weight loss surgery, any weight loss medications, any food intolerances or allergies), let's discuss your current and past relationships with food, what are your goals/what are you looking to gain from seeing a dietitian, making a game plan for future appointments. I want you to feel welcomed and advocated for in our time together.
