Your first session with Samantha
Our initial meeting is all about getting to know you. The session will begin with a series of intake questions designed to gather important information about your medical history, current health conditions, lifestyle, eating habits, physical activity, and any other factors that may be influencing your well-being. We’ll also talk about your goals, whether they’re related to managing a specific health condition, improving overall nutrition, or simply feeling better in your day-to-day life. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your current nutritional habits and the steps we’ll take together to improve your health, one manageable change at a time.
