Your first session with Samantha
During your initial session, we will review your health history, walk through a typical day of eating, and talk about the foods you enjoy...and the ones you don’t. I’ll also ask about your cooking habits and lifestyle so I can better understand what feels realistic for you. From there, we’ll discuss your goals and start creating a plan that aligns with your needs, preferences, and long-term well-being. This session is all about you, and creating a comfortable space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
