About Samantha
Born and raised in the 513, Sam said goodbye to Cincinnati to attend Baylor University. There she ran in circles, well, ovals to be exact. It was her experience as a NCAA D1 student-athlete that led her to study Nutrition Science and become a registered dietitian. Her better half's career in the US military allowed her the opportunity to serve as a dietitian all across this great country. With over a decade of professional experience and a keen interest in holistic health, it is now her mission to inspire stronger and healthier families. Her latest endeavor is first generation farming in rural Ohio. Come partner with Sam to improve your health from farm to fork - literally!
Approach to care
My approach to care is equal parts collaborative, challenging and light-hearted. I strive to serve as your trusted partner and biggest cheerleader. While the work we are doing is important, I never want us to lose sight of the big picture; life's too short!
Your first session with Samantha
During our first session together you can expect us to spend time getting to know one another and laying the groundwork for our future conversations. Collecting data and setting realistic goals is step numero uno. How can we get to where we intend if there aren't clear and concise directions?
