About Samantha
I became a dietitian in 2018 and have worked in the sports nutrition setting with various types of athletes throughout my career. I was an athlete growing up, playing everything from soccer to volleyball and basketball. As an adult, I enjoy running and have a goal to run a half marathon in every state!
Approach to care
In a time where we are constantly inundated with health information, I do my best to simplify nutrition and use an approach that works best for each client. My goal is to work with you to create lifelong nutrition and exercise habits that you can sustain through all phases of life.
Your first session with Samantha
In your first session, we will work together to determine your health goals and learn more about your current nutrition habits. We will identify areas that can be improved and set small, achievable goals to help get you started. Each client is unique and through each session, I hope to learn the best ways to educate and support you on your health journey.
