About Samantha
Welcome, my name is Samantha. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a background in functional nutrition, sports nutrition, and fitness coaching. I work with individuals navigating gut health concerns, autoimmune conditions, and general nutrition goals, and I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their day-to-day lives. As a certified personal trainer, I also support fitness and performance goals alongside nutrition, taking a whole-person approach that considers your lifestyle, stress, movement, and routines; not just food. My goal is to help you cut through confusion, understand your body better, and build habits that actually feel sustainable.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe nutrition should support your life, not overwhelm it, so we focus on realistic strategies tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. I prioritize education and empowerment, helping you understand the “why” behind recommendations so you can feel confident making choices on your own. Your first session with Samantha
Your first session is all about getting to know each other and laying a strong foundation. We’ll talk through your health history, current challenges, and goals; and most importantly, why those goals matter to you. This is a collaborative conversation where we begin building trust and clarity, not a one-size-fits-all plan. By the end of the session we’ll start creating a personalized, realistic plan together; one that feels supportive, achievable, and aligned with your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and confident about the next steps in your health journey.
