Hi, I'm Samantha, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through practical, individualized nutrition counseling. My experience includes clinical, fitness-focused, and private practice settings. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer, which helps me guide clients in building sustainable habits that support strength, energy, and long-term health.

As a mom to two young boys, I understand how challenging it can be to balance family, work, and health. I bring that perspective into my sessions and strive to meet clients where they are.
