My approach is highly personalized, tailored to your unique needs. During our initial assessment, I will gain a comprehensive understanding of the changes youâre ready to make, as well as other dietary factors that may not allow for flexibility. I will also consider your busy schedule, lifestyle, and access to various foods to help you create a plan that you can adhere to. My method is distinctly crafted based on your requirements and where you are willing to begin. My primary goal is to educate and emphasize the significance of a nutritious diet for everyoneâs well-being. This may look different for each person, but I firmly believe that understanding the impact of the food you consume on your emotions, weight, stress levels, and overall health will empower you to maintain your changes in the long term.
Your first session with Samantha
During our first session, you can anticipate that I will focus on getting to know you better. We'll discuss your interests, your work, and your typical eating habits. I'll also ask about where you shop for groceries and explore various food-related topics, including some you might not have considered. Once I have a clear understanding of your natural eating patterns, we will collaboratively establish a few goals to work on before our next session. All changes will be introduced gradually, and I'm always ready to meet you where you are. There will be no extreme fad diets or restrictions; instead, we will adopt a realistic approach to achieving sustainable results.
