Patient reviews

  • Sam took me on as a client when I was 6 months post-partum. At the time I was breastfeeding and dairy free. It was difficult to satisfy the breastfeeding hunger and I felt discouraged when the number on the scale didnt budge. Sam was able to help me navigate my diet so that I felt satisfied during the day AND was able to fit into my prepregnancy jeans- all while dairy free! I am almost at pre-baby weight and will continue to implement what I learned! Sam’s truly the best and I HIGHLY recommend!

About Samantha

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with an MS in Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy practicing in hospital and outpatient settings. I support patients in navigating the complex food and nutrition requirements associated with many conditions and diseases.

Approach to care

I guide individuals towards their health and wellness goals through a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition. I work closely with you to understand your goals and challenges. Through medical nutrition therapy, we share a supportive environment where you are understood and motivated to accomplish sustainable results.

Your first session with Samantha

Our first session is all about getting to know each other, understanding your relationship with food, and laying the groundwork for sustainable, long-term success. We'll take a closer look at your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and personal goals. This is a supportive, judgment-free space where we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what success truly means to you. From there, we’ll begin building a realistic, personalized nutrition plan that fits your life.
