About Samantha
Hi! I’m Sam, a Registered Dietitian in the Tampa Bay area with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and more than six years of experience. I specialize in medical nutrition therapy for complex conditions and currently work at a large Level 1 trauma center. My goal is to translate evidence-based nutrition care into realistic strategies that help clients manage their health and live longer, healthier lives.
Approach to care
I take a personalized, clinical approach to nutrition care, focusing on translating complex medical needs into realistic and sustainable nutrition strategies. I believe in meeting patients where they are, empowering them with knowledge and support to make meaningful progress in managing conditions such as liver disease, kidney disease, and other specialized nutrition needs.
Your first session with Samantha
In our first session, we’ll review your medical history, current nutrition concerns, and any recent lab work or physician recommendations. I’ll take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and daily routine so we can create a nutrition plan that’s realistic and effective for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and confident in your next steps.
