About Samantha

Hello, my name is Samantha. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Exercise Physiologist. I am passionate about helping others make healthy lifestyle changes and assisting them in reaching their goals as they navigate their health journey. With my background in nutrition and exercise, I can offer a unique perspective that will point you in the right direction towards reaching your goals.

Approach to care

I would like to describe my approach to care as doable and personable. My patients are my top priority; their goals are just as important to me as they are to them. I focus on what is achievable for my patients, even if we start with small goals at first. Sometimes even the smallest changes make all the difference. I believe that no two patients are the same. I tailor my appointments based on my patients and their needs. I always put 110% effort into working with my patients to provide the best care possible as a Dietitian.

In our first session, we will focus on introductions (where you tell me about yourself), your nutritional goals, what you want to get out of your visits, any additional relevant information you would like to share with me, and any questions you might have.
