Hi, I'm Sana Ahmed, RDN. I'm a registered dietitian with a B.S. in Food and Nutritional Sciences, with a focus in Dietetics and Food Administration. I believe nutrition support should meet you where you are. My role is to be a guide and a source of encouragement, providing you with clear information, practical tools, and helpful resources to build healthy eating habits that feel realistic and sustainable. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and focused on long-term confidence around food! Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, food blogging/recipe development, photography, traveling, and spending time with family! I'm grateful for the opportunity to support clients as they explore nutrition in an approachable and enjoyable way!

Your first session with Sana

Our first appointment is all about you! We'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, uncovering what has helped you thrive and what has felt challenging. We'll establish 1-2 short-term goals and discuss how your current eating habits align with your health concerns and lifestyle. You don't need to have it all figured out ahead of time. In this judgment-free, supportive space, your questions and goals guide our conversations, and we'll tailor a plan that feels practical and doable.
