About Sandra

Hi! I’m a mom of two, always chasing sunshine and working my way back into gentle movement. I’m in a season of rediscovering what brings me joy—cooking foods I miss from city life, dreaming of future travels, and maybe one day adding goats and chickens to the mix. Originally a city girl now living in rural Montana, I’ve learned to get creative in the kitchen and lean into the slower pace of small-town living. As a dietitian, I bring real-life experience to the table, blending evidence-based guidance with plenty of grace, flexibility, and heart. I can’t wait to work with you!

Approach to care

I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable, balanced relationships with food. I believe that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I love working alongside clients to create personalized, realistic goals that fit their unique lifestyles. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, working on intuitive eating, or just want to feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with evidence-based guidance and a compassionate, judgment-free approach. In 2022, I was honored to be recognized as the Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year for my work expanding Telehealth services to support patients with diabetes in rural Montana. I’m passionate about finding practical solutions to help individuals live healthier lives, no matter where they are. I can’t wait to work with you!

Your first session with Sandra

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other—no pressure, just conversation. I want to hear your story, your goals, and what’s been working (or not working) for you so far. We'll explore your relationship with food, your lifestyle, and any medical history that might be relevant. From there, we’ll begin building a plan that feels realistic, flexible, and tailored just for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
