About Sandra
Hi, I’m Sandra! As a dietitian, I’ve had the privilege of working with both children and adults — from pediatrics to dialysis care. My experiences have shown me that the best way to help is to listen first and then support each person in a way that fits their life. I believe in progress, not perfection — small steps can lead to big results! When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, hiking, being crafty, and spending time with my family (I’m a mom of three boys). After many moves during my husband’s military career, we’re now happily settled in South Carolina.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel realistic and doable, not overwhelming. My approach is to meet you where you are, listen to your concerns, and help you take small, meaningful steps toward better health. I’m here to encourage, guide, and support you — because lasting change comes from working together, not from one-size-fits-all plans.
Your first session with Sandra
In our first session, I’ll take time to listen and learn about you — your health, your routines, and your goals. We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels challenging, and what changes might make life easier. By the end, we’ll come up with a few simple steps you can start right away, so you feel supported and not overwhelmed.
