Hi, I’m Sandy—a registered dietitian, toddler mom, and former picky eater who knows that healthy eating isn’t about perfection, it’s about finding what works for you. Growing up in a Vietnamese-Chinese household taught me to love diverse flavors and embrace different ways of eating well. My 10+ year career in the nutrition field has allowed me to work with individuals of all ages and of different cultural backgrounds, helping them feel empowered with taking care of their health and achieving their goals. Whether you’re figuring out how to manage a health condition, navigating food allergies or sensitivities, or just trying to solidify healthy habits, I’m here with practical, judgment-free advice to make food simple, nourishing, and enjoyable. Fun fact: I love to snack! We'll very likely talk about incorporating snacks to your routine. :)

Let’s get to know each other! During our first session, I’m excited to learn all about you—your goals, challenges, personal preferences, and what matters most to you. I take a holistic approach, considering your lifestyle, health history, relationship with food, busy schedule, sleep patterns, daily habits, etc. to understand the whole picture. Together, we’ll start exploring practical, sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your life and set you up for long-term success.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed my dietetic internship through Cedar Crest College.
