About Sara
With nearly 15 years of experience in nutrition and wellness, I have had the privilege of assisting clients across various aspects of their lives. I am passionate about helping individuals reduce the risk of chronic diseases through effective diabetes and cardiovascular management. As both a mother and a dietitian, I deeply understand the challenges of integrating dietary changes into busy lifestyles, and I am honored to support my clients on their health journeys. I firmly believe that food serves a multifaceted role: it fuels the body, brings people together, and creates moments of joy in our daily lives.

Your first session with Sara
In our first session, we will explore your past experiences with food, preferences, and medical history, as well as discuss what led you to Nourish and your long-term goals. I will address any nutrition questions you may have, and together we will develop realistic short-term goals that will help pave the way towards achieving your long-term objectives. My adorable pup, Archie, may also make the occasional appearance.
