Approach to care
I work with matching a patient where they are and together we work towards their personalized goals. I focus on small steps, aimed at your health goals. My hope is that you never feel overwhelmed during our work together and that building these small steps helps you to feel successful. Building a foundation really helps in achieving bigger health goals.
Your first session with Sara
During our first session together we will spend some time getting to know you, your health and your goals. I'll ask you a lot of questions and get to know you. All of this background information is really important and helpful, as I start to put together a personalized plan for you.
