About Sara
With nearly twenty years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve learned that true health is found where clinical science meets the reality of daily life. My career has spanned the full spectrum of care—from high-performance athletics and clinical oncology to surgical recovery. These experiences taught me a vital truth: real healing happens from the inside out. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Befriending Your Body Facilitator, I help women move beyond the "willpower" myth and into sustainable, behavior-based changes. I specialize in helping you trade "food noise" for somatic safety, creating a lifestyle that feels manageable and true to who you are. When I’m not in my private practice, I’m likely doing yoga, watercolor painting, tackling a home project, or in my own controlled chaos with my two sons.

Your first session with Sara
Our first session is a soft landing in your busy week—a judgment-free space where we untangle the 'shoulds' of nutrition and focus on what actually works for your life. We’ll have a collaborative conversation about your energy levels, your daily and weekly rhythms, and where you currently feel overwhelmed by food choices or 'food noise.' Most importantly, this visit is centered on your individual goals for your health and home; we will ensure our work is rooted in your personal values rather than a restrictive plan. Together, we’ll identify the stress patterns that disrupt your hunger cues and set gentle, behavior-based intentions that fit into a messy, beautiful mom-life. You’ll leave with a clear plan and some simple practical goals—grounded in a partnership that prioritizes your well-being over external pressure.
