I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) based in Hawai’i, passionate about helping people make positive changes to live a happier, healthier life. With eight years of experience, I've worked with a variety of clients facing different health concerns. I specialize in weight management, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and prediabetes, and I'm an expert in using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology.
