About Sara

I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps women find peace and balance with food, body, and self. My approach blends science with compassion, guiding clients toward sustainable, non-restrictive nutrition and mindful lifestyle changes. I specialize in emotional and mindful eating, body image healing, women’s health, and supporting those navigating GLP-1 medications or transitioning off them. I also work with clients who are rebuilding a balanced, peaceful relationship with food after years of dieting or disordered eating patterns. Outside of sessions, you’ll probably find me crocheting, baking something sweet, or cuddling with my snakes (yes, really!).

Approach to care

With a background as a yoga and meditation teacher, I bring a holistic, soul-centered lens to my work—helping clients quiet the outside noise of diet culture and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I believe true nourishment comes from honoring both the science of the body and the intuition of the heart.

Your first session with Sara

In our first session, we’ll take time to really get to know you — your goals, your relationship with food, your routines, and what’s been feeling hard or confusing. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can share openly and start feeling seen and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and begin building realistic, sustainable steps toward balance and nourishment — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll leave our session with a few personalized next steps and a clearer sense of direction — not a list of rigid rules, but a foundation for deeper healing and lasting change.
