I have specialized experience in women, infant, and children (WIC) nutrition, providing education and support through all stages of life—from pregnancy and postpartum to early childhood nutrition. In addition to my work in maternal and child health, I also support clients on their weight loss journeys, focusing on practical, evidence-based strategies that promote long-term health and well-being.
