About Sara
I’m a Registered Dietitian with experience in private practice, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness. I help clients turn evidence-based nutrition into habits that actually fit their lives. Before returning to clinical work, I spent many years in the corporate world, so I understand firsthand the demands of busy schedules, high stress, and competing priorities. That experience shapes how I support clients in building habits that are realistic, flexible, and sustainable - not just ideal on paper. I work with athletes and active individuals, as well as clients navigating digestive concerns, metabolic and cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation, and complex relationships with food. I support both weight-neutral care and intentional body composition changes, depending on your goals, health needs, and personal history. Above all, my goal is to help you feel more confident and at ease in your body while building habits that support long-term health.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in rigid rules, extreme plans, or one-size-fits-all nutrition advice. I integrate clinical nutrition with performance-focused fueling, behavior change strategies, and mind-body principles. This means we look not only at what you’re eating, but also how stress, emotions, sleep, and nervous system regulation may be influencing digestion, energy levels, blood sugar, and eating behaviors. Whether your goal is improving health markers, changing body composition, supporting performance, or healing your relationship with food, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and evolves as your needs change.
Your first session with Sara
In our first session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, current concerns, goals, and day-to-day routines. This includes discussing your nutrition habits, relationship with food, movement, stress, and any past experiences that may be shaping your current challenges. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation where we focus on understanding the full picture - not just numbers or symptoms. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clear next steps and initial strategies that feel actionable and aligned with your goals and your life, not overwhelming or restrictive.
Education
University of Delaware (BS); New York University (MBA)
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love anything that gets me moving - running, hiking, swimming, hot yoga, Pilates, tennis, pickleball, and training for races. I love spending time outdoors, traveling and going to concerts, and cooking and trying new recipes. I also have a daily journaling and meditation practice, which helps support nervous system regulation and overall well-being.
