She furthered her education with a Dietetic Internship from Utah State University, where she honed her skills and knowledge in clinical, community, and food service settings. Sara has demonstrated her commitment to excellence by successfully completing the National Registered Dietitian (RD) Certification, solidifying her expertise and dedication to the field. As an RD, Sara is licensed to practice and has undergone extensive training in nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, and counseling. She is passionate about using her expertise to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized and evidence-based nutrition guidance.
