Your first session with Sara
In our first session, my goal is to get to know youânot just your nutrition goals, but your story. We'll talk about your past experiences with food, your current routines, and any challenges you're facing. I'll ask about your likes and dislikes, medical history, and what a typical day looks like for you. From there, we'll identify both short-term and long-term goals, review any relevant education, and set a few manageable action steps to get you moving in the right direction before our next meeting.
