About Sara
Hi, I’m Sara. I’m a Registered Dietitian with seven years of experience and a Master of Science in Nutrition for Global Health. I’ve worked in community health and in research and academia, and I bring an evidence-based, compassionate approach to every client. My postnominals are LDN and RDN, and I’m dedicated to helping you feel supported as you navigate your health goals. I value curiosity, clarity, and finding sustainable paths that fit your life.
Approach to care
As a practitioner, I believe nutrition should empower rather than overwhelm. My care philosophy blends science with empathy and a warm, collaborative spirit. We’ll focus on clear, doable steps and steady accountability that respects your pace. I practice with a Health At Every Size lens, so weight isn’t a moral win or a sole measure of health. We’ll consider your sleep, stress, culture, and routines to create flexible, lasting changes.
Your first session with Sara
Our first appointment is a welcoming, judgment-free conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and dive into your relationship with food, your goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. We’ll establish a couple of short-term, realistic goals and map out the next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out today. I’ll listen, ask questions, and we’ll shape a plan that fits your life with care and clarity.
