About Sarah
Sarah has been a registered dietitian for more than 15 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including nutrition counseling, diabetes management and clinical nutrition care; focusing on a wide variety of chronic health conditions.

She is passionate about helping people enter into a peaceful space with food and learn how to truly nourish themselves in a simplistic and healing way.
