About Sarah
I'm Sarah and as a registered dietitian I help everyday athletes fuel to perform their best. If you training for a half/full marathon, Hyrox, CrossFit competition, weightlifting event, triathlon, or any fitness event, then you are an athlete and should eat like one. Proper nutrition is important for hitting PRs and feeling great overall! I'll also help you with your other goals, including building muscle and losing weight. My goal is also make eating healthy delicious and nutritious, which is why I share lots of meal prep recipes on my website delightfullyfueled.com and my social media @delightfully_fueled. I will help you plan meals that you enjoy eating while also providing you with the nutrients your body needs.
Approach to care
I provide personalized nutrition care. I will cater nutrition recommendations based on your lifestyle, training plan, and work schedule. Everyone has individualized needs and I will work with you to provide care specific to you. I can help you with specific macronutrient goals if you want, but I can also help you reach your goals without tracking. My goal is to provide recommendations that are realistic and sustainable for you to do long term.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session together, we'll spend time getting to know each other. We'll discuss your training plan, work schedule, and lifestyle, and medical history. We'll review your current eating routine and any medications and supplements that you take. Then, I'll have you share your goals for working together, what do hope to get out of nutrition coaching! We'll determine your short team goals and your long term goals.
