About Sarah Ann

Hello and welcome! I am an experienced dietitian working with clients from birth to adulthood, taking a family-centered approach. You are the expert in yourself (or your child), and I am here to support you as we create a plan to meet your goals. I have experience in general health, intuitive eating, weight management, and managing conditions like pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and dyslipidemia. I specialize in gastrointestinal health, including IBD, celiac disease, FTT, food allergies, and food intolerances. My work at a top pediatric hospital involved managing formula, starting solids, picky eating, ARFID, and tube feedings. I also have extensive experience with genetic and metabolic conditions such as PKU. I am dedicated to providing personalized guidance and compassionate care to help you and your family thrive.

Approach to care

I take a patient- and family-centered approach to care, meaning I respect your experiences and preferences as we work together to develop a plan that aligns with your goals. I rely on evidence-based research and behavioral science to guide my nutrition recommendations and our discussions. Our focus will be on setting small, manageable, and sustainable steps to improve your overall quality of life. By the end of each session, my goal is for you to feel empowered and confident — knowing I am here supporting you and cheering you on every step of the way!

Your first session with Sarah Ann

In your first session with me, we will get to know each other and discuss your main concerns. We’ll discuss your goals, review your medical history and relevant information, and explore your unique needs and concerns. Together, we’ll start outlining small, achievable goals and identify initial steps to support your health.
