βSarah is amazing! I had my 1st consultation with her today and I am so excited to begin my new journey to a healthier me with her guidance. She is knowledgeable and did not make me feel any pressure to meet goals in a certain amount of time but to begin small steps towards them which takes off a huge amount of pressure I was putting on myself. Looking forward to my next appointment with her!β

Approach to care
I enjoy a collaborative approach to care with my clients in which questions are encouraged throughout the visit. While using a "all foods fit" approach we reject restrictive diet mentality and work together to create nutrition plans and identify the most ideal tools and resources to help reach ultimate health goals.
Your first session with Sarah
Spending a bit of time during our first session to learn about your lifestyle, background, medical history, food and nutrition related habits will help us to set specific and measurable outcome goals and will help me make the most appropriate dietary recommendations. Questions are encouraged during our time together and especially during our initial visit. Let's get to know each other so I can best serve you and so that we can work together to achieve your health and nutrition goals!
