  • Sarah is amazing! I had my 1st consultation with her today and I am so excited to begin my new journey to a healthier me with her guidance. She is knowledgeable and did not make me feel any pressure to meet goals in a certain amount of time but to begin small steps towards them which takes off a huge amount of pressure I was putting on myself. Looking forward to my next appointment with her!
