About Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York. I received my Master of Science in Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. I have worked with a variety of health conditions including, but not limited to: diabetes, kidney disease, cancer, cardiovascular conditions, food allergies and intolerances, eating disorders, infertility, and PCOS. I also have experience counseling and providing support to those with developmental disabilities. I'm passionate about helping people develop a healthy relationship with food and achieving their nutrition and wellness goals.
Approach to care
I provide research-backed, compassionate, and individualized care. My sessions offer a judgement-free space where every question is welcome. Together, we will focus on realistic lifestyle changes while also nurturing a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
Your first session with Sarah
In our first session, I'll take the time to understand your current situation, nutrition status, and overall goals so I can meet you exactly where you are. We'll explore your feelings toward food, discuss any health concerns, and begin building a plan tailored to your needs. You'll also have the chance to get to know me as your provider, and we'll set the foundation for future sessions together.
