While I specialize in sports nutrition, I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of needs, including digestive health, body composition and weight management, meal planning, and eating disorder recovery. I’ve also partnered with corporate brands as a spokeswoman and have spent most of my career as an entrepreneur running my own business. With 19 years of experience and a deep understanding of nutritional science, I’m passionate about translating complex information into personalized, practical recommendations.
