About Sarah
Over the last twenty years, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of nutrition jobs, each with different and more significant responsibilities. At the beginning of my career, I was responsible for managing the nutritional care of patients on a medical-surgical floor and the TCU floor. Later, I changed career paths to focus on a more community-based nutrition vision I became the corporate dietitian for Vons and Pavilions. At the present time, I am a dietitian for an out-patient endocrinology clinic at Truckee and a dietitian for Nourish.

I believe nutrition should support your life- not control it. My approach is practical, personalized and realistic. I focus on small meaningful changes that fit your life, your preferences and your goals. I emphasize balanced intake and realistic behavior changes to promote long term success. It's important to build confidence around food so improvements feel doable and sustainable over time.
