About Sarah
I'm a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable - not overwhelming or restrictive. I work with clients to build healthy habits that fit their lifestyle, culture and personal goals. Outside of sessions, I enjoy continuing my education, staying up-to-date on nutrition research and finding simple ways to make healthy eating more enjoyable.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and a judgement-free space where we focus on progress not perfection. Whether you're working on weight management, improving energy, managing a health condition, or building a healthier relationship with food, I meet you where you are. I'm passionate about helping people feel confident in their food choices and empowered to take care of their health long term.

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk through your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you're currently facing with your nutrition. There is no judgment and no pressure - just an open conversation focused on what matters to you most.
