About Sarah
Hi, there! My name is Sarah, and I am a Registered Dietitian who blends nutrition and lifestyle strategies through a holistic and functional lens. My goal is to be a true partner in your health journey, helping you reduce chronic symptoms, reach your fitness goals, build a healthier relationship with food, and feel confident at any life stage. My own health experiences, along with my work in functional medicine, showed me how powerful a personalized, rootâcause, foodâasâmedicine approach can be. I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns including weight loss, diabetes, gut issues, hormonal concerns, pregnancy & fertility, sports nutrition, and more. I understand that each journey is unique and often changes throughout different seasons of life. We can create a plan that feels balanced and evolves with you, so you can feel your best and live the life you want.
Approach to care
Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all, and it should be as unique as you are! Whether you are brandânew to nutrition or already deep into your wellness journey, we will work together to create a realistic, achievable plan focused on consistency rather than perfection. Your plan should feel supportive, not stressful, which means if something isn't working, we'll adjust it. Together, we will establish strong nutrition foundations and layer in lifestyle strategies, movement, kitchen medicine, and even lab testing or supplements when appropriate. Importantly, I will always explain the "why" behind evidence-based recommendations, so you feel informed, confident, and empowered to make choices that align with your goals and support long-term progress.
