Hi, I'm Sarah! As a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people achieve optimal health, I focus on providing personalized, evidence-based nutrition advice. With years of experience in various clinical settings, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients to address chronic conditions, weight management, and general wellness goals. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Your first session with Sarah
During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and your goals. I’ll ask about your medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. Together, we will explore where you are in your health journey and where you want to be. From there, we’ll determine your personalized health plan and follow-up schedule, and discuss any healthy tips, meal ideas, and educational handouts I think will set you up for success to reach your goals! Our initial session is a chance for you to share and for me to listen, so you can feel confident and supported from day one.
