About Sarah
Hello! I'm Sarah, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable with their food choices. I believe healthy eating looks different for everyone. Whether you're training for a marathon, managing a variety of health conditions, or balancing a busy schedule, nutrition can feel complicated and overwhelming. Together, let's figure out what healthy eating looks like for you! My previous experiences include counseling college aged adults in the areas of disordered eating, sports nutrition, food allergies, and general healthy eating.
Approach to care
My approach is grounded in nutrition research and evidenced based care, focusing on building sustainable habits that support you throughout every stage of life. I believe that everyone deserves a healthy and positive relationship with food along with the knowledge to create a nourishing and sustainable lifestyle.
Your first session with Sarah
The first session is all about understanding you and your goals! We will discuss your medical history, current eating habits, and lifestyle factors. From there, we will work together to establish a plan that includes sustainable and achievable goals that work best for you!
