About Sarah
Hi! Iâm Sarah, a registered dietitian since January 2024. I have a passion for helping people, especially those who are eager to learn about nutrition and motivated to make meaningful changes to their health. Whether you're looking to improve your relationship with food, manage a health condition, or simply feel your best, Iâm here to support you at every step of the way. Letâs work together to create a nutrition plan that makes sense for you!
Approach to care
I believe that eating "perfectly" 100% of the time is not only unrealistic but, frankly, no fun. In fact, I believe that there is no "one-size fits all" when it comes to nutrition. I do not promote fad diets or restrictive eating. Instead, my focus is on helping you build a healthy relationship with foodâone that allows you to enjoy what you eat while also supporting your health. I believe that sustainable change comes from small, realistic adjustments, not extreme rules. My goal is to utilize my knowledge of research-based nutrition practices to offer you individualized and practical nutritional advice that lead you to your health and nutrition goals.
Your first session with Sarah
Our first appointment is all about getting to know youâyour health history, nutrition background, and personal goals. Weâll talk about any past diets youâve tried, what worked (or didnât), and your overall relationship with food. If applicable, we may also review any lab values that impact your nutrition status or relate to a health condition youâre looking to manage or improve through nutrition. To get a better picture of your current eating habits, weâll complete a simple 24-hour diet recall. This helps establish a baseline and identify small, realistic changes. From there, weâll discuss strategies to start working toward those goals in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
