About Sarah
Sarah has been a registered dietitian since 2017. In the past she has worked as a diabetes educator, WIC nutritionist, clinical dietitian for a rehab/long term care facility and most recently as a virtual outpatient dietitian specializing in fat loss. She has a passion for teaching you how to eat the foods you love, build muscle and burn fat WITHOUT low calorie diets or endless hours of cardio. Her goal is to meet you where you are and create sustainable goals to help you feel empowered to move forward. Whether your goal is to manage a specific health condition, promote weight loss, build muscle, or simply to improve your health, she is here to support you the entire way!
Approach to care
Sarah uses a non-diet, all foods fit approach, treating each client as an individual to best support them and their goals. Primary focuses are on incorporating balance, variety, and flexibility within your meals and life.
Your first session with Sarah
We will spend the first session getting to know each other. We will review your goals, medical history, any recent lab work, lifestyle factors and typical eating patterns. By the end of the session you will walk away with an action plan to get you one step closer to your goals without feeling overwhelmed.
