About Sarah
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor whose focus is on helping clients heal their relationship with food and end the dieting cycle. Through Intuitive Eating techniques, mindfulness, and behavior change principles, I help clients build confidence in their habits and create sustainable changes for the future.
Approach to care
Using principles of Intuitive Eating we will take a non-diet approach to help you achieve all of your health related goals. Each session is catered around what you want to focus on, without the pressures of dieting, judgment, or being told what to do. My goal as a practitioner is to help you enjoy eating without stress, guilt, or restriction, while building healthy habits for the future.
Your first session with Sarah
In the first session we will spend the time getting to know you, what you want to focus on in our sessions, and begin to explore your relationship with food. From there we will develop long-term goals, and develop a plan that will get us there through sustainable and actionable goals.
