About Sarah

Welcome! My name is Sarah and I love helping others discover a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I have previous experience working in an outpatient setting for a few years at an eating disorder facility at the PHP/IOP level of care. Also, I have helped athletes work on fueling for sport and improving performance while eating all foods. Prior to and during my eating disorder experience, I have worked with patients to manage and improve their diabetes and pre-diabetes. I look forward to meeting you!

Approach to care

I provide nutrition counseling with an all foods fit approach, intuitive eating lens, and Health at Every Size (HAES). I aim to meet clients where they are at and aspire to create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable with food and their bodies.

Your first session with Sarah

During the first session, I will be getting to know more about you, exploring what brought you to seek nutrition services, and your medical history. We will start to touch on goals, but follow-up sessions will be more detailed. Each session we will work towards setting specific, individualized goals to help you reach your long term nutrition goals.
