About Sarah Chelsea
Food has always felt like connection and care to me. I earned an MS in Food and Nutrition Services from Ole Miss and have spent 13 years working as a registered and licensed dietitian in clinical hospital settings, where science and compassion needed to live side by side. I enjoy cooking, reading, and playing with my kids. I'm passionate about helping each person become the best version of themselves through small, sustainable changes.
Approach to care
Nutrition works best when it is both evidence-based and kind. I use current science to guide clear, practical steps, and I pair that with a warm, nonjudgmental style so we'll make changes that stick. My work is weight-neutral, holistic, and educational, focusing on behaviors, sleep, stress, and daily routines as part of health. Together we'll create realistic goals, measure progress, and adjust plans so improvements last over time.
Your first session with Sarah Chelsea
Come as you are, you don't need to have all the answers. I will make our conversation low-pressure and judgment-free. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and we'll establish short-term goals that feel doable. I focus on practical next steps and clear rationale, so you'll leave with a plan we both believe in and the confidence to move forward. We'll adjust as we learn what works for your life.
