About Sarah
Sarah is a HAES-aligned, trauma-informed dietitian who specializes in gut health, sports nutrition and POTS.
Approach to care
Sarah takes a patient-first approach to care, providing personalized recommendations and a safe space to discuss your needs. She is an empath by nature, making her a great listener and a compassionate provider.
Your first session with Sarah
During your first session, Sarah will spend the time learning your background, health history, family history, etc. in order to best understand you and how she can help! She wants to make sure that she has a clear picture of you and your needs, so this will likely take most of, if not the entire, session. She will then work with you to create a plan of action for moving forward.
